These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by GMP Analytics Kft. ("GMP Analytics", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Budapest, Hungary. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
GMP Analytics provides independent third-party analytical testing services for research peptides, including HPLC full-spectrum analysis, batch verification, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) issuance. We do not sell, manufacture, distribute, or supply peptides or any other substances. Our services are strictly limited to analytical testing and quality verification.
3. Research Use Only
All analytical services and data provided by GMP Analytics are intended for research purposes only. Our test results, Certificates of Analysis, and related data are not intended to be used as the basis for medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical decisions. Users of our platform acknowledge that research peptides are not approved for human consumption and that our services relate exclusively to research-grade analytical verification.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, including viewing detailed COA data, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Accuracy of Results
GMP Analytics performs all testing using validated methods, calibrated instruments, and trained personnel in accordance with GMP procedures. While we take every measure to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our results, analytical testing inherently involves measurement uncertainty. Results represent the state of the specific samples tested at the time of analysis and may not represent the entire production batch beyond the scope of our sampling protocol.
6. Limitation of Liability
GMP Analytics provides its services and data "as is" and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall GMP Analytics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services or data, including but not limited to decisions made based on our analytical results.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, analytical data presentations, and software, is the property of GMP Analytics Kft. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
8. Partner Obligations
Companies that partner with GMP Analytics for batch verification agree to submit complete, sealed production batches and to accept our random sampling protocol. Partners acknowledge that batches failing our quality standards will not be published on our platform and that GMP Analytics reserves the sole right to determine whether a batch meets publication standards.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
